Two quick thoughts, since it has been ages since my last post:
1) I hate the packaging that is around ethernet cables, power bars, and other computer cables. Not only are they impossible to open without a knife or scissors, but they cannot possibly be good for the environment.
2) I can put Microsoft’s Small Business Server 2003 Premium (SBS 2003) on a bare metal server (including unpacking the hardware) in three and one-half (3.5) hours. Your mileage may vary.
Both of these thoughts struck me as I was setting up a new system this week.
